Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185/1999, regarding distance selling, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason. The notice must be sent by email within 14 working days of receiving the goods. The goods must be returned at the customer's expense within 14 working days of the date of notification of withdrawal. Once the integrity of the goods has been verified, the full amount paid (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded.
